By accessing and using WeldReach ("Service", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

WeldReach is a B2B sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platform that provides lead generation, email automation, pipeline management, and related business intelligence services.

2. Service Description

WeldReach provides the following services:

• Email sequence automation and campaign management
• CRM functionality including pipeline, notes, and task management
• Email account integration and warmup services
• Analytics and performance reporting
• Team collaboration and workspace management
• Third-party integrations with business tools

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• That all fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• That we may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information.

Our Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). These integrations are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining proper authorization and compliance with third-party services that you choose to integrate with WeldReach.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WELDREACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise specified.
